The lavender are hybrids of fine lavender and spike lavender.

The advice of the Aromatherapist André Bitsas ( Aromatherapy Body and Soul , Editions Amyris, p. 65):
"The super hybrid lavender is the closest to fine lavender. So you can use it for the same indications, with some nuances.
It will likely be more effective in relieving muscle cramps and spasms. This is a must ingredient in association massage oils, for example, with the essential oils of basil and tarragon. However, it has preserved its aspic parent, high in camphor (bornéone) and 1.8 cineole. Its aroma, harsher, suffers. "

Dosage

  • External: 4 drops of essential oil of lavender, rubbed or applied topically, 2 to 3 times per day on the indication being treated for muscle and dermatological disorders, and on the inner wrist or the solar plexus nerve disorders.

Trick

  • In an electric diffuser (no incense burner that destroys oil), broadcast of essential lavender oil for 30 minutes before bed will give you a quiet sleep, peaceful and restful.
  • Mix 100 drops of essential oil of lavender in a 250 ml bottle of shampoo will protect you from lice.

  • Do not ingest.
